Tania Torres, PHR Ms. Torres has been with KimstaffHR since 2006 and brings over 10 years in mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, compensation, recruiting and training to KimstaffHR. Her passion for training and her multi-linguistic skills allow her to relate to and engage in all levels of employees and managers. Prior to joining KimstaffHR, Ms. Torres was the Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 500 company with over 40,000 employees nationwide. Before that, she was the Director of International Employee Relations for a Swedish multinational company being responsible for the Latin American and Western European regions. Ms. Torres received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in psychology and is a candidate for a Master's degree in Organizational Management. She also holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management Institute and is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association and the National Human Resources Association. |
