Sheila Kepler, SPHR Ms. Kepler, SPHR, joined KimstaffHR in 2006. Ms. Kepler brings over 15 years extensive business management experience leading teams of human resource professionals while overseeing day-to-day operations, business development, employment law, insurance and risk management divisions. Ms. Kepler has been a featured-speaker and corporate trainer for many organizations and is considered an expert in matters pertaining to employment "best practices." Prior to joining KimstaffHR, Ms. Kepler served eight years as Chief Operating Officer for a multi-million dollar Human Resource Organization (HRO) headquartered in Los Angeles that served several hundred clients with thousands of employees throughout the state of California. She was also the Western Region Controller for a large publicly held temporary staffing company for 5 years where she was successful in mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Kepler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is a candidate for a Master's in Business Administration. She also holds the esteemed designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management Institute, and maintains two insurance licenses from the State of California Department of Insurance. |
