Linda Schaffer
Director of Marketing

Ms. Schaffer joined the Kimco/KimstaffHR organization in 2001 with over 10 years leadership and management experience. Since then, she has held several positions including Director of Managed Staffing Programs for Kimco and Director of Implementation for both Kimco and KimstaffHR. She brings a wealth of expertise in on-site and personnel management and is currently heading up the Marketing Department for KimstaffHR.

Prior to joining the Kimco/KimstaffHR team, she worked for a large national staffing company as a Corporate Branch Training Specialist, Branch Manager, and Senior On-site Manager. Her extensive team building, operations, and management abilities ensure the highest quality leadership for KimstaffHR.

Ms. Schaffer holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is also a recipient of the California Association of Leadership Programs Distinguished Leadership Award.
