Ms. Serrato joined the KimstaffHR team in 2006 and brings over than 25 years of experience in Payroll and Accounting Management including multi-state Payroll and Tax experience with large to mid-size companies. With a background in Benefit Analysis and Payroll Reconciliation, Ms. Serrato oversees comprehensive account reviews, report writing, project analysis, garnishments and banking.

Prior to her arrival at KimstaffHR, she was the Payroll Manager for over 2500 employees. She has also owned her own company setting up computer businesses, accounting systems, and payroll and accounting departments and has over 15 years experience working with government contracts.
