Jeanine Dillard
Vice President Operations

Ms. Dillard joined KimstaffHR in 2001 with over 20 years of diversified experience in human resources and benefits, including more than 10 years in senior management positions. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the organization's service quality management, operational integration and standardization. She also manages new client implementation, payroll and billing, benefits operations including the 401(k) program and client technology services.

Prior to joining our team, she was the Vice President of Merger and Acquisition Integration for a holding company that acquired over 40 organizations. Ms Dillard has also held executive management positions at Deloitte & Touche and John Hancock Financial, providing health care consulting strategies to Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Dillard has an extensive background in the healthcare and benefits operations fields, and is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
