Elaine Johnson, PHR Ms. Johnson has been on the KimstaffHR team since 2005 and brings over 25 years experience in all aspects of human resources, benefits, payroll management and mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise has been derived from several industries including high tech, finance, insurance, managed care and hospitality organizations. Her goals are to support and communicate the needs of employees and to ensure employee retention through training and growth opportunities. Her strength is demonstrated in mentoring supervisors and managers, while providing tactical and strategic guidance to senior management teams. Formerly, Ms. Johnson was the Human Resources Manager for both an international software company and a NYSE finance company. Ms. Johnson holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management Institute. |
