Vice President of Human Resources

Cynthia Dimel joined the KimstaffHR team in 2011 as our new Vice President of Human Resources. She will be responsible for providing consultative advice in all facets of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development, Training and Employee Development. In addition she will be responsible to aligning our Human Resources Team with our business strategies.

Cyndi brings over 12 year of experience in all facets of Human Resources and is a certified Professional of Human Resources. Most recently she has owned and operated her own consulting business and served as Vice President of Human Resources with CB Richard Ellis, A Fortune 500 Commercial Real Estate Company.
